Gentle mixing

  • due to a specially profiled agitator and the proper speed of its work, the milk, regardless of the cooling capacity of the cooler, is always evenly mixed

  • for providing gentleness of mixing- depending on the milk temperature, agitator can work at two rotational speed

Washing system

  • WinMaster modular control box, which enables control of the milk storage temperature, start-up delays of the chiller, settings of the minimum cooling temperature, automatic and manually activated agitator cycle

  • continuous recording of all operating parameters, that is temperature, length of cooling time, breaks in operation and power supply, alarms, type of used washing programs and many others (when sampling every 10 minutes in a cross-section of even the last 60 days)
  • possibility of computer analysis of proper work and the method of cooler service using the WinLink device (and printout its results)
  • clear displays informing about the current temperature and work condition
  • protection against freezing of milk
  • protection against failure of the control system by using the additional time switch of the milk cooling function
